OPTI-MIX-PLUS is a 5 in 1 concrete Solution that is Styrene Butadine (SBR) co-polymer latex liquid with high dispersive properties. It is designed for compounding with Pozzoland or Portland cement. The SBR latex emulsion when mixed with cement improves flexural strength or flexibility of concrete and its high dispersive properties provide excellent workability, excellent adhesion, reduces shrinkages, cracking, and provides Flexible Waterproofing to new and old concrete.OPTI-MIX-PLUS can be applied easily with a stiff hand brush and roller.Opti-Mix plus is a 5 in 1 concrete Solution that is recommended to be use as a flexible waterproofing, bond coat, mortar repair, thin plastering or topping repair and plastering.
