DAVIES Concrete Neutralizer is a superior conditioner to be mixed with water to neutralize lime activity in new interior and exterior masonry surfaces, thus, improving paint adhesion and durability.
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust, dirt, chalk, laitance, efflorescence, rust, grease, oil, and all other foreign materials. Allow new concrete to cure and dry completely for at least 28 days with a moisture content of less than 15%.
PAINTING SYSTEM
PRODUCT PREPARATION :
Add 1 pint of DV-100-X Davies Concrete Neutralizer to 2 gallons of water, then stir thoroughly.
Application : Apply by brush or roller until the surface is wet. Allow to dry 24 hours, then brushed-off white crystals that form on the surface.
